The New York Jets continue their 2025 preseason on Saturday with a cross-town rivalry game against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium.
It is their second of three preseason games, as the team continues preparation for their season opener on September 7th against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Most of the team’s starters saw some action in the preseason opener last week, when the Jets toppled the Green Bay Packers 30-10 at Lambeau Field.
Justin Fields and the offensive starters were in action for the first drive, going 79 yards down the field, capped off by Fields’ touchdown run. Many of the defensive starters got a run in the first quarter too, with the full roster contributing to a dominant win.
They’ll look to repeat the trick this Saturday in a rare ‘away’ game where the team will use their own locker room. The New York derby – often coined as the ‘Snoopy Bowl’ – takes place every preseason, with the teams also visiting each other’s facilities this week for joint practices.
The action kicks off at 12AM BST in the early hours of Sunday morning, and Jets fans have multiple ways to tune in from the UK and Ireland. NFL Gamepass from DAZN offers all users access to every preseason game for free – and any users considering purchasing their full season subscription should take a look at our NYJFC MVP offering, which comes with a 15% discount on the package.
