ELIGIBILITY: The Sauce Gardner Signed Jersey Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open only to individuals who are permanent legal residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland, 18 years of age or older at the time/date of entry. In order to receive an entry into the drawing, an entrant must ‘like’ the post by clicking the heart icon, follow @newyorkjetsinuk by clicking the ‘Follow’ button, and post a comment on the Promotional Post by tagging a friend (“Entry”).
To enter the Prize Draw, during the Promotion Period: 1) Login to your Instagram account. If you do not have an Instagram account you may sign-up for free by downloading the Instagram application from your mobile device’s app store or by visiting www.instagram.com and following the enrollment instructions. Creating an Instagram account is free. By submitting your information as outlined above, entrants are confirming their acceptance and agreement to these “Official Rules”. Entrants must agree to the Instagram terms of service and privacy policy. Once you complete the above steps, you will receive one (1) Entry into the drawing.
Limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Promotion Period. Entries received in excess of stated limitation will be void. NOTE: Sponsor may not receive entries from Instagram users with “private” account settings (i.e., user has set their Instagram account so that only people the user has approved can view their comment) due to the way Instagram operates its service. By participating, you are acknowledging and agreeing that the Sponsor has the right to stream your Entry through the Instagram API and confirming your acceptance and agreement to these Official Rules.
Entries(s) must not include any comment that is obscene, pornographic, libelous or otherwise objectionable. Any Entry that, in Sponsor’s good faith judgment, violates the entry requirements may be disqualified. If you choose to participate using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. Other than for prize notification or conditions as previously stated or for promotional emails, neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on their behalf, will enter into any communications with any entrant regarding this Prize Draw or acknowledge any Entry not meeting all entry requirements stated herein will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate or undelivered comments, follow requests, direct messages or Entries, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Prize Draw, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw, the processing of direct messages, comments, or Entries, the announcement of a prize, for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in this Prize Draw, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Prize Draw-related materials.
WINNER SELECTION/ODDS: Potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about 2 December 2024 from among all eligible entries received. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on Instagram via a reply comment and/or direct message. All notifications will be sent through the @newyorkjetsinuk handle on Instagram and the potential winner must claim his/her prize within one (1) business days of the date of notification. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing, failure to respond within the designated timeframe, the inability to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period, or any notification being returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner being selected. Other than the details of the prize outlined above, Released Parties have no additional obligations or commitments to winner in connection with this Prize Draw. PRIVACY: Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Prize Draw or on a winner’s list. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s irrevocable permission for Released Parties, each of their respective agents, successors and assigns or other designees to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statement, opinions, username, social profile, biographical information, prize and/or region/city/country of residence for advertising and promotional and publicity purposes in any and all media or format, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any permission, notification, payment or consideration, except for the awarding of the prize to the winner.
MISCELLANEOUS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) will be permitted, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability or other causes otherwise determined solely by Sponsor, and then for a prize (or applicable portion) of equal or greater value. If any prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable or the prize is declined for any reason, potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from all entries received. Should the potential winner decide to decline his/her prize for any reason whatsoever or not respond to the prize notification by the applicable response deadline, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible Prize Draw entries, if time permits. Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, no person’s or entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence shall be limited in any way, and nor shall their liability for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited or excluded. The Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Prize Draw, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Prize Draw and to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Prize Draw (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Prize Draw and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner via a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Prize Draw by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Prize Draw by any party, or any federal, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure Event”), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw or prize. Sponsor additionally reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Prize Draw; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner. Wherever these Official Rules provide for discretion exercisable by a Released Party that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations under these Official Rules, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, that discretion shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith. CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor and the applicable Released Parties reserve the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Released Parties make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), and disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the county and municipal courts of England. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Prize Draw-related materials, and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that Released Parties and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, agents, and the franchisees of any of them shall have no liability and entrant will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind (including attorney’s fees) to any person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of: (i) entrant’s participation/entry into the Prize Draw; (ii) any materials he or she may submit in connection herewith; or (iii) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in any activities associated with the Prize Draw or any prize awarded in connection herewith; (iv) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Prize Draw activity and/or prize. Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, no person’s or entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence shall be limited in any way, and nor shall their liability for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited or excluded. The Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Prize Draw, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Prize Draw and to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Prize Draw (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Prize Draw and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner via a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Prize Draw by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Prize Draw by any party, or any federal, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure Event”), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw or prize. Sponsor additionally reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Prize Draw; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner. Wherever these Official Rules provide for discretion exercisable by a Released Party that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations under these Official Rules, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, that discretion shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith. CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor and the applicable Released Parties reserve the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Released Parties make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), and disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the county and municipal courts of England. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Prize Draw-related materials, and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
